Palette moved off coral to Notion's restrained brand: warm near-black ink
(#37352F) as the primary accent on white / #F7F6F3 paper, and #191919
dark theme. Color is a scarce resource — the accent is now monochrome ink
(light) / warm gray (dark), so buttons, the logo mark, active indicators, and
focus rings read as Notion-style grayscale rather than blue.
Added a reserved --link token (#2383E2) for genuine hyperlinks only;
blue is no longer used as the global accent.
Muted the --live green and removed hardcoded coral/blue accents in
AIPanel, the tailwind token, and the presence color fallbacks.
