Agent mode is now a real toggle in the TopBar — a workspace-level control,
not a footer switch buried in the AI panel. Flipping it on opens the AI panel's
docked agent view; the panel's "Compact chat" control and closing it flip it
back off, and the toggle always reflects that state. Agent mode state now lives
in the app shell (page) and is passed to both the TopBar and the AI panel.
Settings replaced the standalone Integrations button in the TopBar. The
unified settings (General / AI / Connectors) are system-wide, so the gear now
sits in the TopBar control cluster; integrations moved under Settings →
Connectors. The cluster was regrouped for clarity: session timer + Agent, then
Settings + theme, then notifications / account / share. Mobile's overflow menu
swaps Integrations for Settings.
Reverted the interim attempts (a Chat/Agent segmented control in the AI panel
header and a Settings item in the account menu).
