Added
- Confirmation prompts on the destructive CRUD that was still instant: deleting an
AI chat (AIPanel), removing a saved AI model/key (Settings → AI models), and
deleting a vault item (a stored secret is unrecoverable). All route through the
shared
useConfirm()dialog. Canvas cards stay instant by design — they're covered by the new undo/redo.
